Sales Policy
Minimum order: $500
Back orders: All back orders will be shipped unless otherwise indicated on your order.
Payment Terms: Texture Home Decor accepts Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Additional billing options such as COD and Net 30 are available. Net 30 terms will be reviewed and activated for 2nd order, if approved.
Shipping: Texture Home Decor's preferred method of shipment is United Parcel Service (UPS) for most orders.
Shipping Charges: Your shipping cost will be the rate charged by UPS or designated freight carrier. This charge will be added to your invoice. For all orders in excess of $750, freight charges are guaranteed not to exceed 15% in the continental US. For orders outside of the continental U.S., all freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
Your order: New customers must include a tax exempt number and telephone number. Existing customers should have their account number ready when placing an order. Be sure to include your account number on your check when remitting payment.
Returns: You may return items for a refund or credit excluding shipping and handling; and in addition to a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be approved by Texture Home Decor. Returns must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of goods. Returned merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly.
Damages: All items received as damaged goods will be replaced by Texture Home Decor.
